Indications / Efficacy
Constipation
Relief of symptoms associated with constipation:
Head heaviness, hot flashes, rough skin, pimples, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids
Dosage and Administration
Take the following dose with water or lukewarm water before bedtime without chewing.Begin with the minimum dose and adjust according to your condition and response.

How to remove from PTP (press-through packaging):
Press the protruding part of the PTP sheet firmly with your finger to break the aluminum foil on the back and remove the tablet.
Accidental swallowing of the PTP sheet can cause injury to the esophagus.
